2024 marks the inaugural year of Desay’s new decade. Guided by our ideals, we have demonstrated responsibility and resilience in overcoming challenges. With the steadfast support of the municipal government, city authorities, and departments at all levels, we united with unwavering strategic resolve, forged ahead with determination, and remained committed to elevating Desay’s endeavors to new heights. Annual revenue is projected to exceed 56 billion yuan, with key performance indicators such as revenue and total profit achieving double-digit growth. These hard-earned achievements are a testament to collective effort. As the new year begins, on behalf of the Group’s Board of Directors and management team, I extend my highest respect and heartfelt gratitude to every Desay employee and their families for their dedication and sacrifices. I also convey sincere appreciation and warm wishes to leaders at all levels, customers, partners, and friends across society who have supported Desay’s growth.

Desay further strengthened its comprehensive capabilities and competitiveness within China’s and Guangdong’s manufacturing and electronics industries. Desay SV climbed 15 spots in the global Top 100 Automotive Suppliers ranking. Both Huizhou Desay Battery and Hunan Desay Battery were listed among the eighth batch of enterprises compliant with the Lithium-ion Battery Industry Standard Conditions. Lanway Electronics earned the title of “National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.” Our two core industries—automotive electronics and new energy batteries—took solid strides toward joining the “global first tier” and “national first tier,” respectively.
This year, we cultivated new momentum to forge competitive advantages.
Strategic breakthroughs were achieved: Desay SV’s intelligent cockpit and autonomous driving solutions led the industry, launching the first mass-producible integrated cockpit-driving platform, ICPS01E, and the next-generation high-performance intelligent driving domain controller, IPU14, driving innovation and empowering industry advancement. Our SIP (System-in-Package) project delivered high-quality, efficient results, earning international acclaim. Energy storage R&D and product quality improved significantly, securing partnerships with leading clients. Global expansion accelerated: Phase II of Desay SV’s Huinan facility, Desay SIP’s Tonghu Phase I, Desay Battery’s Vietnam base, and Desay SIP’s Vietnam project commenced operations. Construction of Desay SV’s Chengdu and Spain bases, along with Desay Battery’s Huinan Phase II and Longmen projects, is progressing rapidly, laying a robust foundation for future growth.
This year, we empowered talent and culture to unite our organization and fuel progress.
Talent remains our foremost resource. We accelerated talent development and succession planning, ensuring leadership continuity in automotive electronics. Five mid-to-senior executives were promoted, 42 fifth-generation development trainees graduated, and 325 fresh graduates joined Desay. Desay SV enhanced key talent readiness and organizational efficiency, while Desay Battery implemented mentorship programs and systematic talent development. Cultural initiatives flourished: leadership training, the Desay Advanced Manufacturing Alliance, and cross-industry collaboration enriched our ecosystem. Desay SV championed cultural themes like “Chasing Light, Creating Excellence” to foster innovation, while Lanway Electronics integrated its “Five Cultures” into operations and Party-building. Talent and culture are the bedrock of Desay’s enduring success.
